Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs $7.99 per order. There are additional costs for rural. Please see further information on prices at the shipping calculation stage of your order and from our shipping policy.
  • Do you ship internationally? At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand.
  • When will my items ship? We ship all orders that are placed before 10:00am on the same business day. All orders placed after, will be shipped the next following business day.
  • How long will it take till I receive my box? Please see our shipping policy for further information.
  • Can I cancel my order? If you contact us before 10:00am on the same day/ or next business day depending on what time you made the original order, we are happy to cancel and give you a full refund. However after this time, we will no longer be able to cancel your order.
  • Do you allow pick up? No sorry, we are strictly an online retailer with no pick up/click and collect option available.
  • Can I add a gift message to my order? Yes! All orders have the option to add a personalised gift message for free. This is a handwritten note that is placed in a black envelope with a wax seal.
  • What forms of payment do you accept? We accept most forms of payment, these include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Laybuy and Afterpay.
  • Can I custom/make changes to my order? At this stage, we are not allowing edits to the boxes. However, this is something we will be introducing in the near future.
  • Do any of your boxes include alcohol? At this stage, none of our boxes include alcohol. However, this is something will be introducing in the near future.
  • How will my box arrive? We carefully package all items into our premium white boxes with a magnetised lids. These boxes are sturdy and help to make sure our items arrive safely. We also include tissue paper and wood wool for extra protection. The boxes alone are also available for purchase as they make wonderful gift boxes!
  • Do you have the option for a preferred delivery date? At this stage, we do not offer a preferred delivery date and all orders will be sent out according to the time frame mentioned above. However, this is something we will be adding to our service in the near future.
  • What if my box looks different to the photo? We take careful care when packaging every single order to make sure they are a perfect match to the specific box. Our boxes will all arrived flat packed for packaging purposes. Sometimes, throughout the delivery process items may move around, please note we do our best to stop this from occurring however, if this does occur please rearrange the items.
  • What happens if my order is damaged or missing an item? All orders are packaged with care however on rare occasion damage may occur during the delivery process, please refer to our refund policy for further information.
  • An item I received in my box does not match the box description? There are times when a certain product may not be available from our suppliers or be out of stock. When this happens we will always replace this item with another of the same or higher value that still matches the theme of the box. If you have any concerns over this, please do not hesitate to contact us!
  • I have sent you an email, how long till I hear back? Our customer service team will reply to emails Mon – Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm. We aim to reply within 1 working day of receiving the email.
