Standard shipping for all of our boxes costs $8.99. This includes tracking.
For rural address, shipping is $14.99.
Please note if you are at a rural/non-urban address you must to choose rural shipping at checkout. If you do not select rural, we cannot process your order until the balance has been paid. You can check if your address is rural using the link below.
All orders come with tracking and once your order has been shipped it will be emailed directly to you. If you do not receive this, please contact us.
Delivery timeframe:
All orders will be shipped the next business day after ordering. Once your order has been dispatched please allow:
North Island: 2-3 working days
South Island: 1-2 working days
Rural: An additional 2 working days
Picking a preferred delivery date:
If there is a particular date that you would like your order to be delivered on, please contact us via email. We can discuss the preferred delivery date and when it would be best to dispatch your order.
For hospital, university and apartment deliveries, couriers will deliver to the parcel drop off point or reception area. Please make sure you include the necessary details such as hospital name, ward number, business name and room number in the shipping details to avoid delays.
Bulk orders:
For bulk orders of 5 or more gift boxes, please contact us via email for a dispatch date and updated shipping costs.
If your order has not arrived within the time frame stated above, please contact us and we will investigate this issue. Unfortunately we cannot control delivery delays with the courier company, however we will most definitely follow up these cases so please do let us know if you are experiencing a delay.
Please note, once the parcel is delivered we have no control over what happens to the package. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered.
